The Upper Lip Line Eliminator, with the messenger peptide Pal-VGVAPG (Dermaxyl), the spring fragment of elastin, was formulated to work hand in hand with the lipcare system, to assist in reducing and eliminating the lines and wrinkles above and around the lips.
